2019 saw Niches perform at regular haunts The Wellington (shoreham) The Brunswick (Hove) The Richmond and The Blackhorse (Brighton) and Beach Dreams Festival Which then saw them land on the stage at The o2 Islington academy and gaining airtime on BBC Sussex, Surrey and Radio Reverb.
Writing and playing from a very young age and rising through the ranks of Dave O’Connells Shoreham all stars, the band have set The scene locally and with the songwriting skills of singer/songwriter Lilli Southgate, Bass riffs by Louis Salanson and backed up by joe Chrisp on rhythm guitar and Alfie Paterson on drums, 2021 looks like it’s going to be another unforgettable year.
Having released the bands 2020 debut EP which includes the flourishing “Beautiful daydream” the influential “honey honey” and latest track ”Fireworks.”
Niches, will be looking for more live performances both locally and beyond in 2021
So if you like a bit of Florence and the machine with a hint of Amy Winehouse and a dash of David Bowie, Niches are a band not to be unheard!
